The Navy Horse Collar BCD is constructed from a double layer of material, the inner is 0.4mm polyurethane while the inner is 1000 Denier Cordura.  The bladder is a single cell, with a power inflator;  and offers excellent front stability, and has 1 OPV on each side.

The bladder provides 18kg (40lbs) of lift when fully inflated,  and has a front pocket for accessories.  The horse collar BCD offers the old fashioned simple diving experience and can be used for both scuba diving or snorkeling.
