Open Heels

Open heel fins are a good choice for the more frequent diver and should be worn with booties or Aquasocks.  The advantage of wearing a bootie is that when you have removed your fins the bootie protects your foot while walking on sand/rocks/pavement.  Open heel fins are available in a variety of styles, Jetfin (hard rubber) fins are common with a lot of professional/technical divers as well as military divers worldwide.
