A dive computer (PDC) is now a fundamental piece of safety equipment for a diver, they no longer cost thousands of dollars.  Entry level models can be purchased for less than $400, making them even more accessible than ever.  Gone are the days of using dive tables, and who remembers how to use them anyway?

A dive computer gives you accurate depth, time underwater as well as you No Decompression Limit (NDL), they will store your dive info so you can enter it into your dive log or even connect to your PC (wired/wireless) to automatically download the data.
