These backplate bolts allow for easy attachment of back plate to twin tank assembly, or a single tank adaptor/harness system. The wing nut allows for easy tightening without tools.
The bolt fits through the backplate system, then the flat washer and spring washer should be placed against the back plate; finally the wing nut screws down tightly to secure everything.
