HOW TO THREAD A WEIGHT BELT BUCKLE IN EASY STEPS

3 Slot Buckle

Open buckle and thread webbing down the first slot, up to the middle slot, and down the 3rd slot.

Make sure you thread enough webbing through for step 2 and pull the webbing tight/flat between slots 1 and 2.

Thread the end of the webbing back up through the first slot, so it passes under the rest of the belt.  Pull the webbing tight, to make sure it is flat and the buckle closes properly.

2 Slot Buckle

Thread the webbing down the 2nd slot, and back up the first slot.

Make sure the webbing is pulled tight so it lays flat, check the buckle closes properly.
