These deluxe hand swimming paddles are made from polypropylene and TPE with silicone rubber straps.  The paddles feature a broad design to maximize the water contact, to help give you the best workout possible.  Using hand paddles while swimming helps you to improve your upper body workout and increase arm pull strength.
