They consist of three straps that adapt perfectly around your foot and at the back of your fin. They are placed easily by sliding one strap on top of your foot, one strap on the bottom of your fin, and a third one around the back of it, therefore creating a solid lock. Being made of rubber, they permit enough stretch for you to put them on easily, while ensuring enough rigidity to keep your feet and fins in place.
