The Garmin Forerunner 45 is the perfect companion for the runner offerings built-in heart rate monitor and featuring GPS to track your pace, distance, intervals and more.  Using an OLED display, the adaptive training app Garmin Coach, it's your own personal trainer on your wrist; it works with the Garmin Connect app to provide you notifications of calls and messages as well as allowing you to upload runs to share on the Garmin Connect community.

The Forerunner 45 also features a Safety and Track function where your real-time location can be sent to an emergency contact; when an incident occurs.
